TERMS OF SALES CONTRACT AND SERVICES PROVIDED
Our terms of trading are laid out in this ‘ONLINE STATEMENT’ for all subsequent sales contracts or agreements entered into.
Following are the fundamentals to all work undertaken by Taylor Stones

Taylor Stones herein after, referred to as ‘the company’ agrees to provide good monuments, as displayed on this website and in local cemeteries.

The company will not be responsible for any delays, including delays and not restricted by the non-availability of imported or local materials. Where appropriate, any other material in stock or of imported materials held in stock of equal value can be selected by the client and used. No refunds will be given.

Any permits that expire due to non availability of stone may require additional permit fee payable by customer. Cemetery fees are non refundable in the State of Victoria.

All payments must be received in full before any finished product leaves the factory. All payments & amounts as stated in the contract, must be strictly adhered to. Failure to do so would render the contract null and void, and all monies paid to date would be retained by the company.

All overdue accounts on wholesale supplies will be charged at the A.T.O. rate of interest from the date of supply.

In the event of any unforseeable circumstances, where the company, for reasons beyond its control, is unable to complete the work at an agreed or specified date, all services and goods provided to date including materials sourced locally or imported would be calculated and charged out accordingly.

All monuments are made to order unless ex stock. Any such specific monuments made to order are deemed the product of the customer. Once contract is signed and any monies paid, [contract amount to be paid for in full]. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. In certain cemeteries, regulations for monuments are required to be a particular size and nature. There will be no refunds on such orders.

Once a contract has been signed and deposit paid, the contract cannot be cancelled. No refunds will be given under any circumstances.

All materials remain the property of the company, until such time as full payment is made to the company. The client agrees that the company may remove any and all stone work and materials from the site, should any amounts remain outstanding. No refunds will be given.

The company may (at its own discretion) require some form of security for payment.

All work carried out by the company carries a full 12 (twelve) month guarantee for workmanship from the date of completion.

The client acknowledges that, stone being a natural product, variation in colour and texture, fishes and hairlines may occur. The client agrees that no entitlement to compensation, or any right to cancel the contract will arise as a result of such variation in colour, shade match or texture or natural blemishes..

The company undertakes to supply good monuments that has been our standard for nearly the last four decades.
